Returns & Shipping Policy
We want you and your pet to be happy with every purchase! If you’ve made a change of mind or accidentally ordered the wrong product, we’re happy to accept returns within 30 days of purchase.
Return conditions:
- Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
- Opened or used items cannot be accepted.
- Customers are responsible for return postage costs for change-of-mind or incorrect orders.
- Once we receive your return and approve it, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund. Please allow 7–10 business days for refunds to appear in your account.
Damaged or defective items:
- Please email us at poppyandvi@outlook.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Include your order number, a description of the issue, and a photo of the item.
- If approved, we’ll promptly send a replacement or issue a full refund depending on your preference and stock availability.
Shipping:
- Orders are processed promptly and posted on Tuesday's and Thursday's.
- You’ll receive a tracking number once your order is on its way.
- Please ensure your shipping address is correct to avoid delays.
